I lived on Galveston for two years. And during those two years I grew to appreciate living on the island. I make an annual trip to see friends and go fishing. It’s my preference but I always look forward to going there. The drive through Houston I could do without through.

And the majority not all but most folks there act snobby as fck. I literally bought a home cash in Odessa tx and that says a lot. I have my peace and quiet and when I want more of a city life I go to LUBBOCK! If you liked Boerne back in the day with a modern touch don’t sleep on Lubbock it’s a hidden 💎 of Texas. Overshadows San Antonio and Boerne easily.
