RECONOCER QUE SOMOS PECADORES No importa lo bueno que tratemos de ser en la vida, todavía estamos tremendamente lejos de ser una buena persona (“Porque no hay diferencia, por cuanto todos pecaron, y están destituidos de la gloria de Dios” Romanos 3:23). Esto es así porque todos somos pecadores. La Biblia dice: “Todos se desviaron, a una se hicieron inútiles; No hay quien haga lo bueno, no hay ni siquiera uno. Romanos 3:12. Pero la Palabra también nos indica que podemos ser perdonados gratuitamente a través de Jesucristo (“siendo justificados gratuitamente por su gracia, mediante la redención que es en Cristo Jesús” Romanos 3:24). RECONOCE QUE JESUCRISTO MURIÓ EN LA CRUZ POR TI La Biblia nos dice que Dios mostró su gran amor por nosotros, Cristo murió por nosotros cuando todavía éramos pecadores. En libro de Efesios tenemos estos preciosos versículos: “ Y él os dio vida a vosotros, cuando estabais muertos en vuestros delitos y pecados, en los cuales anduvisteis en otro tiempo, siguiendo la corriente de este mundo, conforme al príncipe de la potestad del aire, el espíritu que ahora opera en los hijos de desobediencia, entre los cuales también todos nosotros vivimos en otro tiempo en los deseos de nuestra carne, haciendo la voluntad de la carne y de los pensamientos, y éramos por naturaleza hijos de ira, lo mismo que los demás. Pero Dios, que es rico en misericordia, por su gran amor con que nos amó, aun estando nosotros muertos en pecados, nos dio vida juntamente con Cristo (por gracia sois salvos),6 y juntamente con él nos resucitó, y asimismo nos hizo sentar en los lugares celestiales con Cristo Jesús, para mostrar en los siglos venideros las abundantes riquezas de su gracia en su bondad para con nosotros en Cristo Jesús.” Efesios 2:1-7 Esta es la buena noticia de que Dios nos ama tanto que envió a su único Hijo a morir en nuestro lugar cuando menos lo merecíamos. DEBES ARREPENTIRTE DE TUS PECADOS La Biblia nos dice: «Arrepiéntete de tus pecados y volverse a Dios, para que sus pecados sean borrados.» La palabra arrepentirse significa cambiar nuestra dirección en la vida. En vez de huir de Dios, podemos correr hacia él. DEBES RECIBIR A CRISTO EN TU VIDA Convertirse en un cristiano no es simplemente creer algún credo o ir a la iglesia. Es tener el mismo Cristo residiendo en tu vida y en tu corazón. Jesús dijo: “He aquí, yo estoy a la puerta y llamo; si alguno oye mi voz y abre la puerta, entraré a él, y cenaré con él, y él conmigo.» Apocalipsis 3:20. Por lo cual cada uno de nosotros vamos a tener a mensajeros que nos va a hablar de Cristo e invitar a recibirlo en nuestro corazón (predicadores, amigos, familiares…) y/o multitud de canales (televisión, internet…). Si quieres recibir a Jesucristo como tu Señor y Salvador y la Biblia también nos enseña que debemos hacerlo con una oración, utilizando nuestra boca, y con todo nuestro corazón. (“que si confesares con tu boca que Jesús es el Señor, y creyeres en tu corazón que Dios le levantó de los muertos, serás salvo.” Romanos 10:9) Te invitamos a que: Leas detenidamente esta oración de forma tranquila, y Pongas tu mano en tu corazón y repitas de nuevo la oración pidiendo con todas tus fuerzas cada una de las cosas de esta oración. ORACIÓN PARA RECIBIR AL SEÑOR «Querido Señor Jesús, sé que soy un pecador. Ahora mismo, me arrepiento de mis pecados y abro la puerta de mi corazón para que Tú, Jesucristo entres en mi corazón y en mi vida. Yo confieso con mi boca y con mi corazón que creo que viniste al mundo y moriste por mi en la Cruz y deseo tenerte como Señor y Salvador personal. Te pido que escribas mi nombre en el Libro de la Vida y me enseñes la Palabra de Dios y hagas de mi una nueva criatura conforme a tu voluntad. Gracias por salvarme. Amén «.
