Hey. There is a ceiling fan and a heater that you saw, it’s very warm in winter but sometimes in peak summer it can get quite hot. I’ve seen some people buy an extra table fan which isn’t too expensive just for the extra cool air. Hope that helps

I personally preferred Holman. The rooms were slightly bigger, it’s closer to most classes and closer to food outlets. However, you’re more prone to noise at Holman but not too much. Hope that helps x
