Spooled Fly Fishing is back! After some time off, we are working hard to provide some new video content for the Fly Fishing addicts of the world. We are also very excited to launch a series of tying videos and web content featuring GBD-Bugz. Chironomid tying skills at its finest as well as some other popular patterns, featuring Mr. Gordy Brown on the bench and other guests. An episode series filmed from British Columbias beautiful Central Coast is in the works with Spooled partner Pate Demeester. In the meantime, we will hit the archives and post episodes from the past and some shorter clips from 2022-23... The first of our Chironomid Fly Tying series, the RCC Chromie tied by GBD "Gordy Brown" This pattern did very well for us last year. The wine halo really made it pop and added that flash. To brighten it we used silver xs tinsel. Tied in all sizes and often with a white bead.
