Thank you for another great video. When you ended the day you didn't come back the way you went. Was the water taxi not available at night? I would prefer not to use the cable car.

Was it a free shuttle from the port to the city center in Livorna?

If you have any sense you will go far away from this once gorgeous island, now ruined by greed and mass tourism. The height of the season is pure hell when cruise ships gorge thousands of people into the villages...Its mass overcrowding, its unsafe, and the infrastructure cannot cope!!

Livorno is a bad city to first time cruise tourists. The local government grabs money from tourists if they take a city bus and train. Tourists not only buy the bus tickets but also need to scan each ticket on a scan machine to have the time stamp. The government employees get onto each bus or train to check tourists’ tickets. If there is no scanned stamp on the ticket, each tourist will be fined 40 euros. There is no warning sign to reminder tourists to scan bus or train tickets. This is a bad city to visit.

Hi, we will be cruising out to Athens from Istanbul, could you tell me if it is easy to leave the port in the morning and return to the ship in the afternoon, from other's video, it showed there were many check points for passport, luggage,..drugs...etc before entering the ship. Been 3 times on a cruise visiting in August again but staying on ship as 4 ships there in total and cant be bothered with the Queues at cable car. Will have a lovely relaxing day on the ship😊

My girlfriend and I went to Santorini last week. It was an amazing place to visit and perfect time, as it wasn't hot and there wasn't huge crows like in summer time. We stayed at the Blue art cave airbnb, simply beautiful! One day we will come back.
