Is this a manual or automatic? Does it make a difference?

My 2004 stiff to turn and won't turn far enough to start engine turned out to b a bad ignition actuator in the upper half of column and the plastic block in the lower half that attaches to the actuator. Column had to come out. Found that the biggest problem was the block in lower half was binding thus key could not move through it's stages. It would not slide in its housing. Sanded down the edges until it slides smoothly and put back together. Works great now!!

I bet I have bought 6 of them but it's on the hi pressure hose everyone of them would brake wen I try to put them on I gave up on them

I’m working on my 05 ac. There is no current going to the clutch. I’m tracing wires. What a mess. I think there is a ground issue. But can’t find any broken wires. Do you know anything on that? Do you know if they sell a wiring kit complete ac wiring harness? Everyone says give it a real charge, but I’m pretty certain no power is going to the clutch. Any info would help. Thanks.

my advice on Chevy Astro /GMC Safari power steering pump replacement. DONT. if possible scrap the van first. But this is the best video on it i have seen. The NAPA carlisle puller set is better in my opinion but the set shown is still a good choice avoid all the cheap sets at all costs. Mine did not have the u shaped tube rateher the high pressure hose went directly into the back---which is physically impossible to get started back into the pump with it mounted. But its impossible to get the pump mounted with the hose attached. So you have to get the pump part way in and start the hose connection and once you finally get it in position and bolted tighten the line. GMs official repair guide starts with "step 1--remove engine from vehicle" Anyway nice video glad yours was easier than mine.

I have a 98 mustang gt and randomly yesterday my speakers started making popping noise when id break or even random so i looked at the G203 & G204 and both had been covered in rust as well as the wall for them so i had disconnected the battery and loosen the bolt and used a brass brush to clean the areas free from rust. Now the speakers are back to perfect
