tyla walks with her head held high "this is who I am" vibes and I'm here for it
her and the team are working incredibly hard. she's also been making appearances in Korea--let's not forget! sis is jet setting, performing worldwide, multiple continents, and has maintained her energy. she's truly gearing up to be a global artist. I love how the team has rallied around her. THIS is how you handle an artist well.
@@QueenZsWorld 100% agree😊
Thay though that red hot mess was good I just learned this and I'm shocked
She did say that we were going to see her A LOT! And we are SEEING her.
My God! I love my Tyler!😊
Great video but can tell you're reading from a script, anyway I subbed :)
Getting Late still her ultimate banger for me
What is disturbing me the most is how people say she is aiming for American Market yet she just realized shake ahhhh and almost no South African is dancing to it. And your all here blaming black Americans 😂SA support your girl 😅
What?? Were you got your "facts" from and have you seen tik toks this song is a bop in clubs 😂😂😂😂
I think that something that is highly overlooked is that us Uppity Africans are still very much in touch with our royalty and kingdom mentality, so it's only natural that we will act like royalty wherever we go. Having said that, we command respect without disrespecting others. If they think that Tyla is going to climb up on their stages with her shoulders slouching and her head hung low then they're sorely mistaken. She has every right to breathe the air they breathe and she has every right to ask a very capable and very willing man to carry ANYTHING she wishes, regardless of how much it weighs. Kind regards, Proud Uppity African
Nicki Minaj's segment needs to be replayed EVERYWHERE EVERY SINGLE DAY‼️ Excellent video ❤
Side note: The thumbnail with the wings was pure perfection! Those other wings were foreshadowing what was to come. You did great there!
@@lotusphoenix8 Thank you😊
May she remain booked and busy. May her team continue to do a stellar job in DOING THEIR JOB! May she experience continued growth and stardom and may she continue to break through every single barrier placed on her path to greatness! May she continue to break records and may she be the one who opens doors for others to achieve their goals! Excellent presentation, may your videos see much growth and may your channel find exponential growth ❤ Tyla ke STAR ✨⭐
Well explained video.only bit I disagree with is the woman at 10:40 and your reading of that explanation at 24:40 of who Coloured are, who said there are Coloured ppl in SA, Namibia and Zambia. Being mixed race in another African country like Zambia doesn’t make one Coloured. Only SA and Namibia really have Coloured people as the term we understand here in SA as in this continent it was coined through apartheid which no other African country experienced other than SA and Namibia. Being Coloured is not just racial mixing but also a culture with Afrikaans language at core. Only South Africa and Namibia have this racial identity as they are anchored in the Coloured culture and Afrikaans language. I’ll say though that mixed race people in Africa can of course identify as Coloured if they so wish but don’t think it’s accurate either because there’s a culture and language that this identity comes within African context…doesn’t apply to everyone. There’s reason why biracial South Africans like Trevor Noah and Sho Madjozi don’t ever call themselves Coloured as they know they aren’t of the culture. They ID as biracial/mixed race of Xhosa and Tsonga ethnicities as they are raised within those cultures by their Black SA mothers so identify with their mothers’ culture
@@thandisilec835 But when I researched for the video. It said that there are coloured people in Zambia and Zimbabwe. Their population is very small though.
@ yes they call themselves Coloured because of influence from South Africa but they aren’t anchored in Coloured culture with strong Afrikaans ties as we have in South Africa as those are what mostly makes Coloured distinct from just being racially mixed ppl only …so they are more biracial & mixed race ppl rather than Coloured culturally
Tyla should be protected at all cost 😢🔥🔥🔥🙏🏾🙏🏾
Baby girl can sing!!! Thank you for uncovering these hidden gems of her singing❤
And this is what I like about Tyla's community here in South Africa. They can be a janitor or a king, they're proud of their roots and there's an incredible sense of understanding amongst them. Also, unlike the untruths spread by some, the coloured South African community also dates the ⚫ community all the time (eg Liesl Laurie, Tamaryn Green, AKA - just to mention a few). I have however noticed that ⚫&⚪ mixed bi-racial men in particular do not readily date women who look like their ⚫ mums (Trevor Noah's dated coloured South African and ⚪ and is presumably dating yet another coloured South African). Sasha Feinberg-Mngomezulu and his brother also come to mind.
Yes I remember he dated that coloured girl for many years before he became very famous(Trevor Noah)
Hi Kyla Discusses. Is there any way for me to get hold of you. Via email perhaps?

I was about to say, these are pouring out of you! 🤭
I took the original video down because I wanted to edit out a part of the video that I didn't like anymore😊
I absolutely love and appreciate you mentioning how compression harm people and damage their confidence. I really loved that.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
She was born to do this!
Tyla is born to be a star ❤❤❤
Also, Jump was all over rhythmic radio at least in the U.S. and was in the top 200 of most streamed female songs of 2024 so far on spotify - so no, she's not a one hit wonder
She can't appropriate a culture she belongs to ❤
Tyla is a multicultural babe, the girls that get it,get it❤
Africa is a continent,not a race!❤❤
U ate on this ❤️🥺so nuanced
Thank you❤😊
Like i know she can sing but damn, she can sang sang. ❤

As an aspiring artist myself living in Joburg,I've always dreamt of being a global singer since I was young too When I see Tyla I'm just so inspired🙏🏽she's done it for the colored community ❤🎉I wanna be that person for the LGBTQ and it will happen😏watch the space

Also I've got tanned skin with green eyes, so it does throw people off but in South Africa it is common to have tanned skin with green, blue eyes.
It is about time that coloured people themselves make their own videos and explain their own identity and culture to the world. Up until now it has been mostly black South Africans doing their best to explain things and defend coloured people from the attacks of the ignorant. They have done an amazing job and we as coloured people are extremely grateful for the comraderie and love they have shown for us. They deserve nothing but our praise, admiration, and our respect as coloured people. Having said that, it is time we speak for ourselves. I'm incredibly proud of you for making this video young girl. MOOI SO JONG MEISIE. HOU SO AAN.❤🙏
You're so right Elroy! I'm a black woman from Mzansi and have unapologetically defended my fellow Mzansi brothers and sisters. I appreciate this video very much too, it's an excellent presentation. It's about time that we show the world that we stand together. No DNA, just RSA ❤

I know this is a long video but please watch the whole thing before forming an opinion. Once again it's not all Americans or Black Americans that are at fault. I'm only addressing the guilty ones. If audio is missing, it was removed because of copyright. But either way, I hope you enjoy💓 ☠️WARNING☠️ Please do not be foolish in my comments. This is just the perspective of an entitled uppity african. Low IQ, poor media literacy and doof mense will not be tolerated. Thank you😊
Truly amazing work. 🤞 Honored to have helped even if just a bit. Also Truth or dare is stuck in my head now😔
