Now I Make It for Breakfast EVERY DAY! No Sugar! Mix with APPLE and CARROT
Hi, friends!
Today I have an incredibly delicious and healthy pie recipe for you, made with oats, apples, carrots, and nuts. This pie is the perfect option for breakfast, a snack, or dessert. It’s not only aromatic and tender but also rich in vitamins and nutrients. I'm sure you'll love this recipe and will want to try making it yourself! Ingredients:
- Oats - 2 cups (200 g)
- Walnuts - 40 g
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Milk - 1 cup (240 ml)
- Apples - 2, grated on a medium grater
- Carrot - 1, grated on a medium grater
- Dried apricots - 60 g, cut into medium pieces
- Raisins - 1/2 cup (50 g)
- Eggs - 3, whisked
- Honey - 40 ml
- Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons (40 ml)
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Steps:
1. Blend the oats, walnuts, and ground cinnamon together until smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, grated apples, grated carrot, dried apricots, and raisins.
3. Add the dry oat and walnut mixture to the wet ingredients and mix well.
4. Pour the whisked eggs into the batter and mix thoroughly.
5. Add the honey, vegetable oil, and baking powder, and mix again until fully combined.
6. Pour the batter into a prepared baking dish.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 50 minutes until golden brown.
The pie is ready, enjoy!
