Does that Vette have the CrossFire? Likely, with such a slow ET. I had one, and it was quick to 60, but quickly tapered off after that. I recall it was only rated @ 205 HP, and I believe it. Very reliable, though. For a Corvette, though, it was a dog.

It has 488 gears but I also added taller tires and weight with skid plates bumper and interior sound deadening

No I’ve had tubes in previous cars and it isn’t great for reliability long term. This truck has cia,4.88gears,trd exhaust. And 500 lbs of added weight over stock best time was 16.00
@@silver2kws6 I tune professionally mostly Chevy and Ford trucks and did my Tacoma myself. (25k miles tuned) My truck has been mid 14s @ 96. Tuning would make a world of difference if it is done correctly. Now if it is done incorrectly all bets are off as there is a lot of stuff to screw up. Go check out my UA-cam I have several videos of my truck with a dragy or at the track.

Jesus, I was impressed when the '05 STS V8 ran a 14.3 @ 97.5 in Road & Track magazine... 13.58 @ 103 is a huge, huge difference! Neither of these mods add more than 10 HP, if that. How the hell did this thing run so fast and trap such a high speed? I'm not saying I don't believe you, I'm just shocked. Nice run man.
