Can u paint on top of a clear coat n which paints to use??
Short and simple one shot laquers and yeah you can letter over clear

Great work, what did you use to do the original outline that you painted over? And did you use normal paint for the filling of the numbers? Thanks
tab1990 since this guy obviously isn't willing to divulge any information I will try to fill you in. the layout was probably done with a Stabilo pencil or something similar. Paint is more than likely One Shot brand since this is commonly used, but House of Kolor and Kustom are two other quality brands.
