what do you do in cold snowy winter

omg that is sooooo amazing. How do you get around the parents freaking out though as I'm sure they must? I am very interested in forest kindergartens. I'm a beginning teacher passionate about getting children outside in all weathers. The hardest part is convincing other adults that it is worthwhile. How did you get your parents on board? We're thinking of doing a presentation to our parents. Don't quite know where to start. Any advice welcome...please.
