Why do we after listening to vedanta for so long we still speak of ourselves as the objects of consciousness and not just as the consciousness alone? Why is it so hard to accept and make that permanent transition from body to light in which the body is perceived ? Is it primarily because it's not acceptable in society to say I am lord Krishna ? Cause this is what Advaita Vedanta is actually saying .are we the necklaces or are we the gold ? Then our duality "we " is an appearance in Brahman each one of us . sounds as identifying still as the Intellect
