Invest in a Diamond Cutter wheel. There a bit pricey but well worth the extra cash. You will be amazed in how well it cuts and how long it last. That bastard will just about cut anything without toil.

EXCELLENT Ingot! As time passes and you get more confident with the process, it gets easier and a LOT more efficient. Recommendation: When you first pour the liquid metal in the iron mold, when it freezes, flip the hot mold over and jar out the hot copper or aluminum ingot. Then drop that hot ingot into the ice water. Its not good to shock your iron molds in cold water.
