Do you prepare your paper before painting on it.
no, I do not prep. I like the way the oil paint soaks into the paper. I know this isn't archival but there's lots of examples of oil on paper works like this that have held up well for many, many years.

No need to tell you, that your art works are highly significant for the age! Thanks!! One question: are you able to get the same visual effects with e.g. "morphic resonance" using acrylic paints instead of oil?
