Watch the full video you will get to know............Here firstly ask your ANO/CTO to provide you the enrollment id which is generate on NIS website....once you have the enrollment ID than put that enrollment id in the in USER NAME section & use word 'password' in PASSWORD section....fill the captcha & than submit it will accept

I have explained in video 1st time Password is 'password' Then set a new password (watch full video for better understanding).
