So many nice features in this home. Extra wide garage. Plenty of natural light, especially in kitchen. Ground floor bedroom for guests, seniors. I like the combination of wood floors and carpets on stairs and in bedrooms, nicer underfoot. I’m a member of RBC’s High Value Client Group and they turned me down for a showing. 😂

This place is winning on every level: Great views, spacious for a studio, the kitchen has all the bells and whistles, no skimping on any thing including counter space, in house laundry, nice sized closet and the bath is spacious (with a big ol' tub :)!) Love it. I have to say I judge these studios by how one could have gotten through lock down. This would have been a breeze, because of the kitchen. Some units are so small, there is no where to really store up many groceries if you can't shop as often, so this is a great plus if one enjoys cooking and stocking up!!

Nice! I'd do a Murphy bed and a love seat but I like everything else. (I gotta have some floor space.) I do love the W/D! Alas, I'm to much of a scaredy cat to live that high. 😄

i've never seen a condo quite THAT small in toronto before. I thought the smallest they had was maybe 380 sq ft or something. that would be just a bit too small for me but wow the view
