      Hey man, don’t hesitate to talk to someone, no shame in going to therapy, I’ve done it and it could help you deal with some of these emotions you’re feeling. From my perspective, you may be being too hard on yourself - can’t change the past so ask yourself what you have to do to make it right in the future for others and for yourself

    Elon is an intellectual not an overthinker. His way of thinking is refined and informed not just a worrier or thinking just to overthink about things. You have the right idea but the word overthinking by definition is different from how Elon uses his thinking skills.

    • @IdeasbyPrav
      @IdeasbyPrav Місяць тому

      I would say to focus on whatever the next step is for you in terms of getting outside of your comfort zone which depends on where you're at right now. One step might be making your instagram public, adding your family on social media so you can be more ok with anyone seeing your content, posting a video without your face in it, posting content that doesn't involve your face (like tweeting or on threads). These are some things we would talk about on a coaching call to figure out what the best next step is and then stay accountable towards that. Happy to coach you on a call for free assuming you're above 18

    "You're not developing any skills." I'm in my 60's and can tell you that before cell phones and internet, if you were just an average guy with a decent job and had the courage to talk to women, getting dates was a no-brainer, or, as my Grandfather used to say, "shootin' fish in a barrel.". Now, thanks to female mind-warping social media, 80% of women think only the top 20% of men are dateable. I tell young men it's ok to just be yourselves and not play at a table where the odds are so stacked against you, the game isn't worth playing in the first place. So much better to just take care of their bodies, work hard, save their $$$ and migrate to the Philippines, Thailand or Latin Countries where the women make far superior mates and their Countries actually respect and admire men, instead of labelling us toxically-masculine patriarchal sh*tlords. What an insult.

    • @IdeasbyPrav
      @IdeasbyPrav Місяць тому

      To clarify I’m saying by being on the dating apps they’re not developing any skills and by going and meeting people in person they will develop skills - personally disagree with migrating to another country, I think social media has changed a lot of men’s minds because most of the women I meet don’t hate men the way that social media portrays, most people in real life and not on social media are pretty normal so I’m telling people to go out and actually talk to them/also make friends in person

    That's why I just started to post programmng related contents which I always wanted to do but due to overthinking and caring about other people's opinions I couldn't able to do it. Finally I started to do it. You'll see I am barely getting any views but I will keep on posting and keep of improving the contents one video after another. At least my speaking, teaching and editing skill will improve
