Absolutely ridiculous commentary by Craig Dauphinais who is not a "new person" but a wealthy kid from town who owns Two Grafton Common, a three and a half story structure with a "country store" right around the corner from the proposed development. He has never been a housing advocate, and is more often than not, an opponent of anything that isn't a single family residence. His ignorance here is willful. He knows full well that the RFP does not mandate non-residential units, or if he doesn't it's because he didn't bother reading it. He also has heavily criticized the Afffordable Housing Trust in the past for not spending money. Now that is it spending money on much needed units, he is opposed. Color me shocked. Grafton deserves better.

What a nice way to give a peek into instrument construction! I have a Beckwith Parlor with a cedar top. Poor Steve! When I ordered it I didn’t realize that Parlors are built for steel strings, and he had apparently done the bracing when I mentioned the nylon strings I expected to use… I got the nylon, after he re-braced it.. Thank you Steve, I love it, it’s my early morning warmup/ songwriting notebook instrument. 🎼🎶 🦋

A great investment. It provides a lot of set versitility to accommodate a number of interiew guests, from one to many. More important, it certainly elevates the appeal and quality of the programs being produced by GCTV - a shining gem in our community.

Bob and Bill break world speed records setting up the new studio desk. It's modular and can be set up in many different configurations. Start to finish it took approx. 25 minutes to set up the seven options.

Why are you even looking at more housing at Hudson Ave/Millbury Street ?? How much more housing are you going to ram into this neighborhood ? You've already managed to railroad this outrageous project onto Pleasant Street, which Hudson Ave. residents will be forced to bare with a massive increase in cut through rush hour traffic, endangering the many families and children that reside on the street. Now, you want to add insult to injury and build even more housing on Hudson/Millbury....UNBELIEVABLE ! Many town residents would love to know what neighborhoods Housing Trust members live in and just how many housing units are being built in THEIR neighborhoods ?

Move the yard tracks to the undeveloped land east of the propane tanks (grant monies?). This will give the RR more space to assemble trains without crossing the roads.

The county clerk has been around for so long her salary is twice that of the next highest. I sure hope my browser remembers how much I enjoyed watching these guys.
