Ultron is amazing. I never feel worn down or like that the scenario oppresses deckbuilding like you said. He’s a great villain to test decks against and always fun to get to the table

And he's a good milestone for new players getting that first Ultron Expert win feels like you're getting somewhere. I might try to get my first Ultron heroic kill next week lol

@@thomasmcintosh1452 Good luck! I’ve never played Ultron Heroic. But yea i remember farming Ultron kills when i first started playing Marvel Champions 😆 i totally played a bunch of rules wrong but good times

Definitely open to custom content in the future. I still have tons of unexplored official content (like mod sets) so i have that to look forward to for now. I personally think that protection is Magneto’s weakest aspect because it doesn’t have too much to shore up his weaknesses (in my hero review, i said that he missed the checkmark for having the ability to actually flip down safely by mitigating threat to take advantage of Survivor and Asteroid M and protection doesn’t really help with that

​@@webwarriorfanatic you make good points, but with how diverse the game is now, I think professor X is the way to go, basic card that can thwart for 3, confuse, and block is the way to ensure a flip, and at the end I also like to make the most out of the alter-ego supports but for harder scenarios like it was said in your traits ranking video flipping is not always an option with stalwart and multiple activations, the main reason I wanted to see magneto protection was that the bubble keeps active any effect the requires you to not take damage after defending and magneto has a lot of readies, so if he has the armor, pulls an energy resource with another stat buff, and defends in the villain phase he is getting buffed activations always since you ready him with the cape, idk how to explain it but defending kind of makes the value of the armor go up as long as you get energies

@@samuelmamianaristizabal5947 very true. I also said in that video that i personally value Asteroid M much higher (as a B tier card) because Justice unlocks his AE freedom. I think protection will be very fun for Magneto for the reasons you stated and keeping his perfect defense engine running. I’ll have some protection gameplay with him at some point in the future :)

Hope this playthrough helps! I don’t think Digging Deeps are the most powerful for Magneto (it’s too unreliable) but it’s extremely fun when it lines up

Yess i made sequencing errors too. It’s hard to remember what her attack is and what her stats are without additional tokens but i agree when she gets going she goes hard
