I know this upload is from 2018 but I need to get in touch with Mr. Thomas Gray. I am a band director here in WV. I need to pick his brain and make a request.
i've been recreating some of these in midi with kontakt software, this one will be a good challenge

Top 2 are the trumpet soloists, the three after those are trumpets 1,2, and 3. The 2 below the trumpets is Mellophones 1 and 2, and below the mellophones are Baritone and tuba.

The chord at 1:30 was one of the most glorious ones I've ever heard on a field.

@@zumptt True, but in a different context. A hit in a ballad is different that the same hit in a faster and more aggressive piece.
@@samsignorelli I agree with the last part. But the chord is in the big hit in 2017 and its a whole note at 80 bpm, and it gives the same suspension effect as it does here imo.
