We're two friends who enjoy talking about investing and finance so we thought to ourselves, "Why don't we let others in on what we've learned?" We both work as engineers and have some experience in real estate. When we graduated from college and entered into the work force we quickly realized the corporate life wasn't what we wanted for our lives. Thus, we decided to set out on a mission toward retiring early. We're average guys that don't have millions of dollars to invest but enjoy learning about investing and ways we can get closer to financial freedom. We hope you guys will join us on our journey as we show you what we learn!

No mention of Bank of America credit cards, and no mention of Wells Fargo credit cards, and no mention of U.S. Bank credit cards. But gotta talk about Synchrony.
You missed Amazon Logistic Screw ups for S Tier with the Prime card -- cash back on messed up deliveries.
C1 changed the Savor One to Savor on October 22. I was "preapproved" for the Savor "Excellent credit" with my 807 FICO, then was "approved" then C1 did the bait and switch and mailed me a "Good credit" Savor with $0 sign up bonus. I called, the C1 agent confirmed that my 807 score did not get me a SUB, so I cancelled. Boom!
Kinda surprised no Discover IT, and no mention of the newish AAA cards.
i was saying he same thing. discover it cash back would be in A Tier for me
Love the theme song
You get no points it’s just cash back👎
Lexus IS250. Mine has 210k and isn’t close to dying.
What year is it, what year did you buy it/how old was it when you bought it? How many miles on it when you bought it? How much did it cost?
Got that gen CR-V pushing 200k and it's a workhorse. Would also throw the Mazda 2 out there - it's cheap because it doesn't really do anything super well, but it's reliable and has decent driving dynamics for an econobox.
I thought the Dodge Charger rt was going to make the list
Dodge never makes the best anything
@@welfare_baybeethat's not true lol
@ the only thing they have a good reputation for is the diesel engines, which are actually made by Cummins. Everything else they make is a mid tear shit box or a Neanderthal car with a 12 L engine. 🤣
Hopeful for rates to drop more!
Discover all the way
If you see me in Clear, know I made it
Im 4 it😂❤
On vanguard it doesnt allow me to automate etf purchases 😭 only mutual funds
I’m around 520s’ and I have the platinum, blue cash, and business cash
swag
Thank you
Good jobs guys . But try to work on the mics . Was hard to hear you at some point . But this video got so much value
Thank you for watching and thank you for the feedback!
That 3% for gas is nice.but once you hit 6k it’s 1 percent then lol becomes useless plus you will have the 95$ annual fee 😂😂
Get the Citi Double Cash back for gas. 5% back on $500 max on your most spent category which will be gas.
This one doesn’t have annual fee
@@ArianaGandhi1that’s citi custom cash card
@@brkctrl yeah but once you hit the limit it goes to 1% at that point useless

690 CS my ass thats BS guys i have a 740 and still get denied. I have 0 late payments and I have perfect for my utilization rate
I have 740 too and got approved. How is your credit age
@@tamagotchi64 that’s the problem I have mines just a couple months over a year I started at 19 years old basically 20. It’s been one of my biggest regrets so far in life
I reserved my spot for the new Robinhood Gold Card! Here’s my link so you can get access, too. robinhood.com/creditcard?referral_code=44353848
Sounds interesting.
Is there email to contact you?
You can message us privately on X.
Yes. You’re cash back received can be chosen to be put in a 4.4% savings acc that you can see and manage in the wallet app. super useful
Can this be used at Costco?
We are expecting it to be usable at Costco. Costco currently accepts all Visa cards.
What’s your email address or a Instagram ? I have a gift for you
This was awesome, cheers guys. Loads of notes taken away!

I was approved at $2000 credit limit
Great video, keep it up!
Thank you for watching! We are glad you enjoyed the video! Your support means a lot!
Just got approved with a 789 CS, they pulled my transunion, 6k credit limit
I was in the same CS, 10k limit. Idk how that works
How did the pull TransUnion I thought they always pull Experian
@@jesusmarquez4503your income
@@jesusmarquez4503I’m not positive but I believe it’s not by credit score, the limit is for when you apply they might ask you what your job is and how much you make, there’s no way to proving it so I recommend going hiring. I don’t make much and said I make twice as much for another card (Not an Amex) I got a 20k limit.
@@jesusmarquez4503I have 735 CS and got approved only for 5k 😢
Hey 2 Bros and a Budget, I just watched your video and I must say that it was really informative and well-made. I was wondering if I could help you edit your videos and repurpose your long videos into highly engaging shorts? I can also make high CTR thumbnails for your channel
Thank you! We have been working hard on our videos to make sure they are high quality and informative. Also thank you for your interest in working with us. DM us through X for direct business inquiries. Please DM us on X (formerly Twitter) with your information and a little about your services.
And at least with the Amex gold, you don’t seem to get a hard set credit limit, for me it seems to change based on my spending and paying
True, but it makes your credit utilization higher
@@ab3040 Huh?
as of may 9th 2024 citi custom cash has 0% apr on purchase and balance transfers and they reduced it to 15 months instead of 18. i remember it use to be 200 back on 500 spend
Lmao y’all are both full of shit 🤡 #FJB
There are more than enough VACANT homes in the US, builders need to stop, because out where I am at, the quality of build is RUSHED and pisses off inspectors and buyers. What they need to do is punish corporations when buying "investment" homes, and outright BAN or heavily punish FOREIGN buyers. They should also punish people who do not use these homes as homestead, as in, does not use it for at least 1 month a year.
How can I do that?
Interested
How about jailing landlords for price gouging and and preventing billion dollar hedge funds from buying up all the available houses in desirable areas. What good is having builders build more houses if BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street can buy them all up as investment properties to rent out at astronomical rents??? All these incentives sound nice but it’s not getting to the root of the problem.
Mine just same in today, pretty hype to have my first AMEX card. one of my goals in life is to eventually be able to afford a gold card.
I’m actually going from the gold to this card, it just fits my family’s needs better.
Dude I’m doing the opposite. I have the gold, overrated.
Same
Great video topic thanks for posting
And definitely if you take the money that you earn from a roommate and invest it it's a win-win. Personally I think my wife and I have a privacy and our cats having a whole house to run around in without someone else it's messing with them is priceless but that's just me. If I was single again I would 100% have at least one roommate.
Great video❤ the key is to pay off balances b4 0% interest rate expires!!!
Thank you for watching! You are exactly right!
*promo sm* 💐
My needs are 63% 💀 Of course that leaves 37% to invest, except my spouse ends up turning that into more like 2% idk 😂
