I don’t think love is one specific thing. It could be for someone, but I believe love is in everything, is in everyone, every living thing. Love is empathy, love is understanding and compassion. Love is in the art that we create, the relationships we hold, in yourself, even if you can’t feel it. something as simple as feeding yourself, is self-love. Letting yourself feel emotions is love. Even in hatred, you can find love, because if you can have such strong emotions about something or someone, you care about it, and caring about something is love. Love can be skewed, and twisted, but deep deep down, it is still love.

Baby don't hurt me. But to be frank, for me love is something not what I or the other person feels, it's something between us, like some energy of specific colour and it's a colour of love :) It is not about me, not even about the other person, in my opinion. Also on more theoretical side, it's the warmth we give, receive or mutually sustain, in various forms. I guess it is linked to the evolutionary fact, that the caveman used to bring wood into the cave and make a fire, ensuring survival of the partner... I'm sorry if it is not very romantic view, it is just a fact I recalled as I was writing this.

I think everyone has a diffrent answer to that and it depends on person and there is no right one answer. Like for me personally for romantic love i have a strong desire to want to serve someone else and to make them happy and my own feelings arent really as important as making someone else happy. But i get for a lot of people thats actually a toxic way to look at it and maybe it is.

Love is something I truly desire and I feel that I've got a lot of love to give. However, I've never been in a relationship or felt loved at all. Even my friends and family never express love for me, which has me frequently wondering if I'm just not worthy of love. I turn 40 in March and it feels like the window of opportunity to find romantic love is closing. Hearing these different perspectives of love in the context of friends and family is really interesting, and it makes me wish for similar experiences. I enjoy this video format and hope you do more like it!

If I was there this would be my answer🤍 I believe love is so important and so powerful that it can save you, and absence of it can break you, and I think It’s the scariest and most extraordinary thing we do in this life. It’s the most natural instinctual thing that also at times feels like a giant puzzle you’re standing in front of. Sometimes it’s a calm personal quest and other times you might find yourself frustratingly kicking around the pieces all over the floor, so in turn when you come back to the puzzle, it’s all messed up, some pieces are squished and bent, and now you gotta sit and do all this extra work to re-bend the pieces back. And sure those pieces will work but they got lil wrinkles in them now, they’re different now and won’t ever be the same. And now you gotta learn to accept that and use love to love that. Love is a crazy journey with a backpack full of some supplies. Especially when it comes to loving ourselves. Love is everything everything everything (I love you and this video!)

Recently lost my dad to cancer. Even with us, the people who loved him taking care of him it was hard, really hard. Getting old ALONE, must absolutely suck.
