I first heard this song by the great Lefty Frizzell, the lyrics were so haunting that I fell in love with the song long ago. Your voice certainly did this ol' tune justice! Y'all are around my age, which is REALLY great to see...made me smile! Your sound is rich, smooth, deep and polished, like driftwood & river rock. With a splash of barrel aged Bourbon poured over it.
