Why wait til the last second to make a decision. It is gonna rain. Just decide to have it indoors so parents and families have time to make decisions on who will attend and who won't. It's dumb to wait until 4:30 to make a decision. You guys are really screwing the pooch.

The city school should have already made a back up plan, this is not the first time this has happened. As much as I understand the kids want to be graduating with their peers this is just one this that also happends in college and they have to do what is best for everyone and splitting the ceremonies in one day would have been best. A lot of still have small children so just allowing 3 tickets puts some of struggling to find who can take care of the younger ones. Or family who came from out of state to not being able to attend. It is ridiculous there should have been a backup plan from the get go. Jesus! Ya'll already do that with football games and other events! This should have been a priority to have planned better.

Hate how a few families planning vacations end up ruining it for every other graduate family…
