Well, I came back to see it again. Still the bike of my dreams and nobody even knows it exists. Had a guy replied to a comment i made on another video, insist that Scott stopped manufacture in1950, and yet here's one born in the year of my birth. Still a lovely bike.
Engine: OHC four-stroke single cylinder Displacement: 248 cc Power: 10 HP Gearbox: Burman 4-speed Magneto: Lucas Maximum Speed: 60 mph (97 kph) Dry weight: 270 lb (122 kg)
I'll tell you H & H. This is the motorcycle I dream of. The Birmingham Scott. The flying Squirrel with Suspension. Nice to see it on You Tube. What a beauty. It's making the birds chirp, and me too.
Coisa mais linda, que designer, que acabamento, um veiculo para durar uma vida toda.Parabéns ao proprietário por conservar esta obra de arte.Jason/Goiânia Goiás Central Brazil.
Odd I thought the 1500 had twin SUs, mine certainly did. Remarkable condition considering mine had the sills replace 30 years ago, while doing, my dad managed to set the carpet on fire.
1500s always had single carbs as far as I know so I guess somebody modded your engine. Even the 1750 when first launched as the 1750SS had a single carb, only later did it get warmed up with I believe a different cam and twin carbs making it quite a nice car to drive.
Former of car of the Princess Royal
Very beautiful car, looks like it's fun to drive too.
Lovely car, lovely colour. Corsica Blue I believe that is
First bike that i owned same colour

What is the name of this fairing with the stereo? I'm sure the standard R90S style fairing didn't have that.
