This beach is very different than the main Hua Hin beach in the Hilton area. It's a great place to hang out for the day. There seems to be something for everyone at Khao Takiab beach. @@MoreFormosa I've found Thai style houses are different than the homes back in the USA I'm used to. They tend to be smaller and different layouts. There's so many home options here in Thailand. Something for everyone. Thanks so much for watching.

No. It's a shirt I bought in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. They have a volunteer fire dept that needs funding so they have a gift shop at the fire dept and all sales go to support them. So over the many years of vacationing there I've bought several of them. Thanks for watching.

@weretiredtothailand2024 It's a process of "compounding interest", no pun intended. More interest = more views and subs. The more you get of those, the more exposure YT gives you, which gets you more interest, views and subs😁 I re-read my orig comment. It was not correctly written. Possibly sounded a bit weird. Sorry. My wife said Jayme has very nice features, so less makeup is better. She loved the dried fruit, hats and mostly the animals in the other parts of the video so was talking about us being there soon👍🏽

Are you familiar with Thai style homes? All these are common in Thai homes. Even many hotels are this style. Not for everyone but it's all classic Thai.

@@Woodyella Both of these homes especially the first attached homes are classic Thai style homes like outdoor kitchen's. Thai style homes are smaller than their American counterparts. There are larger style homes here also. Check out my other video of a 3 bedroom 3 bath home with a pool. That home is over 2,000 square feet with large yard. Thanks for watching.

It's a really nice area. This was the first time we ventured that way. We've learned that here in Thailand there are so many things to discover by just turning down a small road you've never been down before. That's how we found there homes. What a discovery. I don't know. The models I saw didn't have connecting doors. There's no way any walls could be torn down.

Foreigner can buy the house or villa but can't own the land. You do a 30 year land lease. It's done all the time here.

The first house is classic Thai style layout of a home. Small with outdoor kitchen.

Thai homes like many European homes don't have built in closets. People put wardrobe cabinets in their bedrooms. Things are different here.
