What I Eat in A Day to Naturally Treat Ovarian Cysts | PCOS | Fibroids | Endometriosis
Hey Babes! Im back and better with a What I Eat in a Day: Treating Ovarian Cysts! I'll Try to list everything below but if I miss something feel free to let me know in the comments!
Recipes/Ingredients below:
Breakfast:
- 1 cup of Hot water
- Taylor's Organic Chamomile Tea
- Ground Flax Seed
- 1 tsp Organic Honey
- 1/4 organic avocado
- 2 organic boiled eggs
- salt & pepper
- Dave's Thin-Sliced Organic Killer Bread (21 Whole Grains & Seeds)
- 1 Organic Pear
Lunch:
- 1 Wild Caught Alaska Sockeye Salmon
- Pepper, Old Bay (Low Sodium), Adobo All Purpose,
- Organic Broccoli Florets
- 1 cup White Rice
- Cold Pressed Beat Juice
- Ninja Foodi 5-in-1 indoor grill w/ 4 qt air fryer
Dinner:
- Marinade: 1 Tsp Sea salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 2 tbs Kikkoman less sodium soy sauce, 1 tbs Kikkoman stir fry sauce, tbs avocado oil, 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 cabbage head
- 1 tbs butter 2, tbs avocado oil, salt, pepper, adobo
- 2 cups unsalted chicken/vegetable stock
- 1 cup Quinoa, salt, pepper
