This is probably my first full blown experience editing a video, shoot by 3 camera my dear friends Danny and Toby for a HK client, probably today would do differently but here it is.

Taoism is pure Chinese wisdom and because of that, it is most difficult for the westerners to understand as they are from the other end of cultural spectrum.
I'm English and a disciple of the Five Immortals Temple in Wudang. Daoism is highly logical and practical when you get beyond the cultural outward forms. In fact Tai Chi Chuan being practiced by millions worldwide makes it highly accessible.
