I'm about one year late, as usual, but man, this is amazing! I've always thought some of the story mode features could be fun in the original game, but you went above and beyond. Fantastic work, honestly, and there's obviously been a lot of effort.

for the fresh animations resource pack you do not need optifine instead [if you can't get optifine to work] you can use entity model features + entity texture features

Hey could you maybe make a server where there's a hub built like it's from stroy mode plus no blocks being able to be broken then you can leave the huh then it'll be survival with this mod, Also if you haven't already what if you introduce a mod that spawns structures from minecraft story mode

I’d also recommend using the super duper vanilla shaders, they really add to the story mode vibe
