I agree with all your input. I do travel a lot but i was blown away at how apple did throw their support behind this with all these things that seem to be like a down grade if that makes any sense. I wish I could return in - it lasted maybe 5 months and my mac kept saying it doesn't recognize it and keeps blocking it. Very surprise with this product that Apple suggested I pair with my purchase of my mac. Wonder by a docking station doesn't exist anymore!

Many people have complained about the arm having too much resistance and being too hard to move. What is your opinion of how hard it is to positioin the arm vertically (up / down) and horizontally (forward / back.) During the year since you posted the video has the arm loosened up as you expected? Nice smooth on camera presentation. Good luck with the development of your channel. 😊

Thanks so much for being one of the few video's about this specific product! It seems like it's perfect for a table top zoom call/streaming setup, I'm probably going to pull the trigger but - I'm curious how the 20 inches will work for a standing configuration. I'm pretty short at 5'5" and have a little bit of space behind the desk to move to get some perspective, but am wondering whether this will be tall enough to get me in frame with my DSLR at it's max height.
