If we put environmental aspects aside: the last videos of „first starts after overhaul“ of this class were painstaking and took several minutes until the motor was half decently running. Compared to this, the initial start of this engine was so smooth, that it felt unreal! Either the team did an amazingly good job - or this wasn‘t the first start of the engine after the repair!

One of the greatest / nicest sounds was Class 37s on Rannoch Moor / up the West Highland Line, then moved to Cornwall and had them on the clay trains.😛😛😛❤❤❤❤❤

Beautiful front window coverage without heads bobbing in and out of the picture. I know the rest of the public have rights to be there but it can be annoying, just the same.
