Too busy dancing..!

As Rob said, we've combined various styles of Jive in this demo. We both dance other versions of Jive we often included moves more common in Lindy Hop. To us dance is more fun if you try new things. This is what we were doing at the time. I watched you dancing in your own clip (love the china collection btw) You dance well but felt you lose the beat but that may be the fault of the film rather than your dancing. To my mind rockabilly dance lacks variety. Love the music and Johnny Burnette though

The style is a combination of French Jive (LeRoc form) with cafe style Rock & Roll as taught by the Eastbourne Rock and Roll club at the time (mid 1990's). This was a period when jiving was in a state of flux and many new twists to previously established forms were established. The history of dance is one of constant evolution and this is but one example of the way that this occurs.

Sadly the last comment was from an illiterate who clearly has no understanding of dancing. If he would like to go to one of the various French jive sites on the Web he might increase his understanding by 100%
