Man, for a sick ass game, they could have added more lore, less gaps in the storyline. Dont remember much, but i remember playing star fox before and it was siiiick

20:27 Acceleracers is a good example of how a solid, well developed, memorable cast of characters can make a series entertaining even if the mechanics of the world make little or no sense. This is why explaining all the nuances behind why whatever fantasy/scifi mechanics of a made up world could work is not only boring but a waste of runtime. Kinda like how the magic in Harry Potter that the story is centered around makes no sense but many people love it regardless (climaxes use mechanics that have been explained but focus more on the emotional payoffs than explaining how the magic actually functions).

For me the models of the characters fit the overall style of the animation It's like someone took a concept art of a character and literally turned into a 1:1 representation in a 3D model

I loved watching these movies. The music was amazing and I rock out to the soundtrack all the time. The car design was really great too. Power Rage, Baseline, Syncro, and Reverb are my favorite vehicles. The character development was really good too

Taro was close to winning 5 realms. Water, Pipeline, Metro, Junkyard and Ice realm.

Taros second run in the water realm is one of the best scenes in the series. One of the best.

My honest thought is that the plot is better than it needed to be. I already rewatched it a few times as an adult and I am left impressed every time. It has almost nonstop action to sell diecast cars yet it develops a catchy story.

I could never afford or at (least my parents couldn’t) the full acceleracers movie set or the cars however they hooked me up with a world race dvd ignition dvd deora 2 from WR and the grappling hook hyperpod 23 years old now & cars & tuning & racing has turned into a profession instead of a hobby & every once in a while, when true fans post the movies, and fight Mattel’s archaic copyright, these play on the tv in my garage & they motivate me even more great review! & an absolutey sick collection of cars from the movies. I’m jealous
