Thule Tepui Autana 4 RTT
In this video i wanted to show how easy it is to set up the Tepui Autana 3+ person rooftop tent. I also included a timestamp to show how long it takes in real time without rushing or trying to get it set up as fast as possible.

Sequential Turn Signals

In this video I show you how to remove the stock chrome turn signals in your mirrors and replace them with the smoked black sequential lights. These are from Meso Customs but you can find them cheaper on amazon and other places. This is one of the most inexpensive upgrades you can do to your Toyota and make a pretty big difference. If you’re someone like me that doesn’t like chrome on my vehicl...

In this video I cover how I installed the Bilstein 6112 shocks and 600lb coils on my 2017 Toyota Tacoma. I ordered these Straight from Bilstein lifts and they didn’t come assembled. I had a local shop assemble them for me for about $50. This is not a step-by-step tutorial but more of a general install video. I wanted to attempt both methods of installation so I did the upper ball joint method o...

    I wonder about the necessity/value of the driveshaft spacer. The reason being Toyota’s own warrantied and endorsed lift kit (tarted up 5100’s) give a 2/1 lift and they don’t bother with any of that.

    Hi sir, very bulletproof system. Just one question when you go down the rtt, with the strap ratchet system, thas doesn't drop all the way , it is easy to control ???? I m sur yes if you use this system....

    One thing to be careful with the spacer is there is a chance to bottom out the shock before you bottom out the bump stop. Also, because these are extended length at full droop, adding the spacer up top makes the droop even lower so there is a chance of cv axle binding. I highly doubt this is aggressive enough if a spacer to do that. But something to keep in mind

    • @titirititiri6360
      @titirititiri6360 3 роки тому

      About 2.25” after settling, you can fit 31”s with out cutting cab mount and rubbing issues, to fit 33”s you need uca, a true 3” lift after settling, can mount chop, pinch weld, fender cuts wheel well cuts

    • @badlandsoverland3116
      @badlandsoverland3116 2 роки тому

      I have not done the CMC yet nor have I upgraded my UCA's and I don't have any tire rub. I'm currently running 33s and don't rub on or off road at all. That being said, there are more factors involved. The off-set of your wheel makes a big difference in wether or not you'll have to do a CMC or UCA upgrade.I did have to do some plastic trimming and eventually did a "viper cut" to create more space to avoid rub.

      @@steelersx17 I’ve put 33’s on 2 Tacoma’s now, had to have true 3” lift after settling which bilstein cannot do, then cab mount chop and weld, pitch weld hammer, trim fenders, cut fender well then when you go 3” lift you need UCA, diff drop, then you need to raise the back by 1.5” so carrier bearing drop, front needle bearing. You can run 33”s with true 3” lift with out rubbing on flat ground, but if you do not do the above stated modifications, you will rub at full lock when suspension fully compressed every time.

    • @qra130
      @qra130 3 роки тому

      @@ArcticAutoWerks I understand. But bilstein as well as multiple suspension companies I’ve talked to continue to recommend going a notch higher on the driver side more so to accommodate for the weight, not only height. It’s more about the compression of the springs and what it can handle being that one side of heavier. They do a better job at explaining then I do.

      I have not upgraded the UCAs yet and haven't noticed anything that would indicate that I need to do so. Its rougher on road slightly and way smoother off road, which is what I was after.
