Why are you making pockets lighter? You are not making a spaceship, but a milling machine! Reducing weight negatively affects the characteristics of the machine; the greater the weight, the less amplitude of vibrations. Also, without lightening, the parts will be harsher.

Not a bad first attempt copy although it’s smaller than the original but ! I expect the next attempt you’ll not make the same mistakes as you’ll know what to scale up on and make some adjustments. I’d be happy to buy the kit form obviously an exact copy of the original I could then use that as a reference mould to make a fiberglass copy from it …. Send me a message if you can manufacture an exact copy and sale price of the complete bodywork in sections

Replacing the linear rail .isn't something that could be done on manual machines.i wonder why manual machines did not catch up with this technology.?

I was waching your projects for the last few years and i was impresed by the new technologies of turning an idea of a car into reality by computer desighn and cnc or even building a buck ,as car enthusisats wants to turn thier own concept into reality - i learned a lot from your vidios and if i could i would ask you as a costemer to build a buck for me - i think that is the way - very nice .

These machines are old , in optimal conditions they can go a long way! PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE!!!! I can’t stress this enough! So many machine shop owners fail in this department yet, I can’t seem to wrap my head around as to why? I know the old saying “ If you ain’t cuttin , you ain’t earning”, which is 💯 on point but tell me, when shit hits the fan your busy as hell, I needed those parts done like two weeks ago , says your boss , but now your machine ain’t cutting shit coolant got into your lube lines which have frayed, your bearings sound like a beat up ford Pinto attempting to go up a steep hill, your center drills stall your spindle trying to make a witness mark in some 6061 aluminum, and too boot there is heavy smoke coming from you servo motors! 😂 so I bet the boss is thinking, “DAM! , I could’ve royally avoided this cluster fuck that’s costing me money with “SIMPLE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE!!

Something isn't correct with the front bumper. It couldn't have been done in 3 axis, unless you did a second set up.

I wish u did a simple time-lapse of your work, without having to use camera by hands, use a tripod instead or 2 CCTV camras😂. Love your work. Will be in touch 😊
