My main resolution is to read a book a month and just use that instead of watching TV, etc to keep my mind active. Secondary resolution is to improve my personal finances over the year.

My Goals is to bench 100 kg and be 90kg lean for summer. Im going to lock in on school and be able to run 10km in under 50 minutes. I want to start a small buisness aswell.This is going to be my revenge for the girl who broke my heart🙏😤

My resolution is to get hard sober for an entire year, have better eating habits consistently, and sleep better at night
