As a truck company employee, I can confirm we hate it when people replace their engine with an outboard motor. Every single time we see them drive in with an Evinrude or Johnson sticking out of the hood, we're like, fuck here we go again.

I can only speak for myself, but I work at MAP, the factory that builds the current generation Ranger and I could care less. In fact Ranger mods are always some of the wackiest and coolest.
