does the storage locker finally work in the prospector?

great video, merry christmas ...i managed to get mole bags on my prospector but it wasnt easy i had to unlock mole salvage mission which is 50k now so had to fracture a 1k 5k and 20k mission to unlock it ,then when i got to the mole it was inside an armistice zone just outside a station(they all are now) so i couldnt use my tractor beam to pull the bags off luckily i was able to fly the hugely damaged and uncontrollable mole 7 km further away from the station and outside of armistice then i had to eva 7.5 km back to my prospector which takes a really long time , seriously was like 25 mins but i got it done and saved the loadout.if you dont have a vulture you can just join a party with someone while they share and do the unlock missions

To save some people some time, im fairly certain this was patched out and no longer works. I've tried just about everything and the bag is perfectly aligned and just will not lock into the slot no matter what. Very sad

IMPORTANT!!!! If you are going to attempt this Be Warned!!! i have recreated all the steps in the video and, yes you will have your mole bags on your prospector for that session. But, when you log off and log back in the mole bags "will not" persist when called and will be removed. you will have empty cages and no ore bags. there is a fix and that is when you have no bags on your prospector it needs to be detonated and reclaimed for the changes to apply.

I wont lie. I decided to buy the game after seeing your last video and I bloody love it. Looking forward to the new map. I normally play for an hour or two in the week and a good 5 hours at the weekendS. Happy shooting.

Can't unlock ports and remove bags on either ship. Have they removed this function to stop the fun?

Love the philosophy. Tbh, the tent, comfort and view are far more important than the ducks. If you don't see any but have had a nice chill day in a cosy tent with a view and some beverages then you've already won.

Wow, great stuff! My usual method pre 3.24 was to do General Salvage missions until I unlocked the MOLE salvage mission and then bring my Prospector and just swap the bags. I tried about 2wks ago and I could remove the MOLE bags with my multi-tool but never got the green highlight to install them. I heard someone yesterday in chat mentioning shooting off the frames. I had never heard of such a thing. Maybe they watched your video lol. Thanks!

Just tried this and upon storing and removing a weapon i lost the bags, I've done this 5 times and the same result every time. Bags disappear when you store it.

the mole bags can now be removed while the mole is landed in your hangar now , i just did the bag swap without having to leave my hangar

mate you do realise you can just buy them and place them on, you can buy them from the Stanton - CRU-L1 - Refinery - Service - Mining support center - Refinery Shop 14 000auec, so no need to go through all these steps.

Can this change be done in player hanger by pulling out Argo Mole, pulling off 4 bags, setting 4 bags aside, putting away Argo Mole, taking out MISC Prospector and making the switch?

you sure you need to shoot the brackets off? - a year ago it was fine to insert them straight from below

Excellent series of videos. Just discovered you today. Suggest that you consider doing a much longer 'real time' video of you doing one of your mining runs. Don't need a script, or production editing. WOuld be great to run in the background whilst I am mining. Cheers.

Didn't know about shooting the brackets off. Nice one, cheers. A tip from me. In the pilot seat press left ALT and F and you can set all the Call ATC, Unlock doors/ports bla bla without using keyboard shortcuts.

just look at all the 20ks you cant mine because a cutting laser would be too convenient, while a mole insta booms anything smaller than an 8k

when the green zone is so small i dont think the focus makes much difference , i prefer to use torpid , it charges the green zone real fast and slows the overcharge right down when you dip into the red ,give it a try you'll be suprised

Vehicle animations and style look worse than any other game with vehicles I've ever seen! At least its capabilities are unrealistically good! It seems to beat all the shitty hover crappers... How durable is it?
