1. Get ready with ingredients 2. Clean and Wash peas, cauliflower, chillis, coriander, methi 3. Switch on Stove and put cooker add 3 soons of ground nut oil 4. Add two inch cinnemon, two elachi, 4 lavang, half spoon jeera fry them for two minutes on low flame 5. Add green chillis, peas, cauli flower and methi leaves. Fry them on low flame 6. Make sure methi is fried properly. 6. Add a little turmeric and then add a glass of washed rice 7. Add double the quantity of water to rice 8. Add enough salt 9. Close cooker and wait till 4 wistles 10. Once pressure relased open the cooker and sprinkle coriander that's all! Serve hot and spicy Methi matar pulao with boondi raitha😋 Enjoy!

Let them cool down and take them into mixer jar 5. Add garlic and grind them to make powder. 6. Put oil in kadai 7. Chop bitter gourds like rings 8. Fry bitter gourd pieces add salt, turmeric and then the palli dhyaniya powder we have prepared. 9. Cool till curry looks good, serve into hot rice. Enjoy!👍
