We do this in my group of friends whenever we are cleaning up diamonds on the map. We generally do all of the side objectives before completing the main objective though, so hovering the pelican is of limited use to us.

The SEAF soldiers who were killed by terminids were taken for food back to the hives.. the ones who remained were accidentally killed by friendly fire (Common in helldivers missions). The data wipe at the end is to ensure the data doesn't fall into unfriendly hands after its sent to the Super star destroyer

Becoys it was hella bugged in the past and most dont mess around with the pellican to much, because the only progression there is is samples and you would lose those if you cant extract.

I wonder if, in the future, we'll get a newer, more powerful railgun that is a mix between kinetic energy, plasma, and electricity. As in, when fired, sends a molten hot plasma surround a bolt that travels so fast, it can create a shockwave through the air and easily pierce through everything. Even rarely can one shot large enemy units such as Factory Striders and Bile Titans. But, since its going to be this OP, it will have flaws. Like if use it constantly, the barrel will overheat and imploded itself once you exceed its number of recommanded usage. But, despite being a cool concept. I know that it would not happen.

i think this patch either broke it or devs were thinking it was not work like that so they fixed it

Unfortunately flying kick’s nerf was so bad, I can’t figure out how to make it work anymore. Too vulnerable.

I want to be able, to play as an SEAF, support pilot who can either be Eagle or Pelican support. Depending on a Helldivers Strategem; Eagle loadout the game would randomize which is your primary weapon to use for the strafe run. When that runs out, you can only use a Vulcan cannon until the next cooldown plus you would have to watch fuel and your other ammo usage.

High value assets being stored helldivers? I know people were thinking that we were firing missiles at the enemy, but overall, this is a better truth. We got more soldiers to bring back into the fold, and the mission is to ensure their safe passage.

never was able to make a group of random understand to NOT immediately board the Pelican as soon as it lands as there is 2 Divers 300 meters from extraction, let the fuck alone get them to understand this simple mechanic. I swear most people dont pay attention or play with sound off idk

Wait how do I do this? I've called for an extraction before then had to leave the general area due to being overwhelmed and the pelican just cancels and doesn't arrive and I'd then have to call it again. Do I have to time it just right so I wait until the point it's arriving but before it lands and then leave the area?

This isnt used cause it takes minutes to set up for what a strategem can basically do.
