I was 11 when this came out and it sparked a lifelong passion for motorcycling from mini bikes to the Road Glide that I now ride at the ripe young age of 66. To be able to saddle up next to your best friend and ride across the country is a dream still for me but doing it solo, as i have, was pretty dang fun but i did replace sleeping on the ground next to a fire with nights in a Marriot. A couple of questions I've always had about the movie that probably will never get answered is why was it necessary for Nicklesons character to have a helmet and "Billy" did not and was that small amount of cocaine they sold to Ron Spector worth enough money to retire on?

Loved this movie. I was 14 when this came out, just getting into bikes, and this planted a seed and a dream.

Years back I was on the Fonda diet. Not Jane,...Peter. Get up in the morning, smoke two joints, drop a hit of acid, and go borrow some money from my sister!

as a teen our english teacher took the class to see this new movie, excelent Department of Education!

Riding a chopper with friends best feeling ever

Riding those "hard-tail" choppers, (no suspension), was brutal. ANY dent or ripple in the road gets transmitted directly into your ass and back. That's why the road speeds in this flick are so low. You can see this clearly right about :35 to :39 in this clip.

This is the main kernel right here, its soul. You really don't need to watch any more of the movie.

Easy Rider .... My Midnight Movie of choice still...

This was a really great movie, but the ending had me a little puzzled and disappointed. My biggest reason for liking the movie was going on an adventure by motorcycle. I remember reading that book "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance " , and although the book is mainly about philosophy, I thought it could be made into an excellent movie. Life is an adventure!

the ending of the movie is poetic, captain america and billy shot down bt the establishment.

I love this film, great soundtrack, amazing scenery and even more amazing bikes, what more can you want ✌👍

Harley should be liable for all the mistakes that was allowed to slide to the consumer. They could’ve been a lot better bikes.

Cluster lights up but no odo, can't see codes therefore or how long the bike have gone... what to do?

Thanks brother! I’ll have to see what it comes up with now. Just bought this 05 Deluxe with 10k miles. Rode it home and almost there when it started sneezing through the intake. Paid $5k so can’t complain too much I guess.

l have a 1983 Motorbike now 41yrs old import from USA ,Registered UK IN 1993 on V5, They gave a 1983 Y number plate to the bike which is correct for the year ,How do you go on at the post office In order to CLAIM HISTORIC CLASSIC, if they only see the registered date of 1993 and say this is only 31yrs old according to the registered date on the V5, as there is no Manufactures date of the bike on the V5..and yet they have given a 1983 number plate for the bike when it was registered ? telling me someone has already done the this. .. If anyone has had this problem with an import please let me know and how did you get on...Cheers

I phoned dvla and asked if i should send an insurance document for 2x cb1100r,i explained i was struggling to get insurance on 7:08 the frame no.the nice lady said"we dont check insurance" i said" so i dont need it?"she said "we dont check insurance". So i didnt provide any abd i got my v5 fir both!

question nearly finished the kz1000p . frame came from the us and is registered on nove . but no title . how do i regiser it in the uk
