@@Karenrothremax yeah I did another season after the first miserable one and because my parents convinced me and because my sisters wanted to and the 2nd season was even worse than the first and I got treated horrible infront of all my sisters m.

@@matthewadonis3020 I’m really sorry that was your experience. I’m very surprised your parents did not speak to them about how you were being treated. I’m sure it’s young kids that are teaching the classes without feedback there is no that way that they can correct it.

It is still there and as busy as ever!!! They added a whole new area of food places on the North side of where Middle Country and Nichole’s meet (off Hanmond Road). We are hoping for continued additions to our area.

Im from Centereach also. Graduated from CHS in 91. YA I miss that place but so much has changed and is so unrecognizable. My mom still lives out there with my 2 siblings. We are planning to visit in the summer is funds permit.

Perhaps it is different in your state, but in New York the seller offers out compensation to a brokers agent and/or a buyers agent. So the seller is paying the commission. As the laws change, more and more listing agents are ONLY OFFERING compensation to the BUYERS AGENT, to protect the seller and themselves.

@@Karenrothremax I think it goes without saying that 3% Buyer Agent commission will be added on to the cost of the house.

@@jvolstad the point is that the seller is paying a commission to the listing agent and either a broker's agent or a buyer's agent, so why wouldn't the buyer want someone working in their best interest? There is no separate or additional out of pocket cost to the buyer.
