first of all you take three pumpkin wash it well then peel of the skin of pumpkin then cut into pieces and garnate pumpkin. then soak all the water of pumpkin with hands. take some chopped onion with soake water add into pumpkin garnate and green chilli paste. chopped mint coriander.
spices:
salt _ 1 tbsp.
red chilli_ 1 tbsp.
haldi_1 tbsp.
zirra _ 1 tbsp.
sukha dhaniya powder _ 2 tbsp.
bason_ according to your better.
