I just got one, the problem is the cover pad under neath the running mat is rubbing the mat, loosen the screws and readjust the plastic shield.👍👏

I know this is an odd request . I had ordered this treadmill from Amazon . When I received it it came with no instruction Manuel and no parts . Nothing but the treadmill . After many emails they sent me 4 wheels and Alan wrench . I can’t tell them what I need because I do t have the Manual to tell them the parts I need. It’s been over 2 months . Really really discouraged. Is there any way you can tell me the names of every part you used ? Maybe screenshot them to me ?!?!? My email address is aprilhenderson0603@yahoo.com
