@Pew Pie ok so I looked into as much of this as I could before crafting my response, it seems his articles on slavery and segregation are flawed or at least called into question because he uses studies and then veers off from the researchers in certain aspects to come to a completely different conclusion, and for detail there seem to be videos out there completely debunking his points, and in regards to people being removed from their positions, I dont doubt the possibility of it happening in very rare occasions due to schools not wanting backlash, but an overwhelming majority of them do this with good reason like you listed Noah Carl, he was mainly let go cuz his fellow academics saw his work as suspicious and having bad methodology, so they saw that he was not only wrong but had bad intentions, similar to the guy who made that terrible study to start anti vax. Opposing views do get a fair chance to be presented in academia, people can put out these theories but I'm sure we'd both expect a theory promoting flat earth would not be published often, with good cause lol, and as far as destiny goes, I couldn't find the clip you referenced specifically, and if you throw me a link and a time stamp I'll check it out, but I remember he explained another time that he didn't like platforming race realists because they are often also conspiracy theorists like alt hype and that they will basically come out of left field or only take parts of studies in order to come to completely separate conclusions which is almost impossible to argue against unless you are an absolute expert in the field and read almost every single study, not because race realism is right or has too much merit, oh and when it comes to the g factor for these IQ tests, those factors may start to fall in line as well if the black population continues its climb to parity with the white population, but I guess only time will tell on that part lmao, also just to add this argument too for a white nationalist take down, not that you are, just for anyone reading, what would g matter if IQ was correlated with crime, whether g is still low, wouldn't that still mean they are still correlated with less crime and higher ability right, so that means if IQ turns out to be a cause of crime and not just a correlation, almost any group can be free to stay and their IQ can still increase, just wanted to throw that one in there XD sorry long winded lmao

They're fucking asinine. The researchers give their opinions almost as a way to defend themselves from backlash from publishing controversial results. So try not to hold much stock in the 'conclusions' section. What matters is the data, and the method in which the data is collected. I can think of no legitimate reason a person would have to say otherwise, but I know it will happen. Also Ryan is able to veer off the way he does because he's an autistic autodidact who has dove so deep into this shit that his level of knowledge probably exceeds the level of most 'certified' experts who are purely just sociology or psychology or whatever experts.

Ryan and Sean typically take a very informative and evidence based approach apposed to gotcha rhetoric based approaches which are typically bad for debates. They often don't even argued the details, like if they claim something and the other person is like, no your are wrong. They often just disagree and move on to the other person claiming victory. In short, it really is about the arguments and not about appearing right or some bullshit. Probably a feature of them debating these topics for years with less well informed and often out of field academics. I know Ryan did tons of this and was fearful even they would just know more than him... until they didn't.

Someone who is wrong but better on framing arguments will win with someone who is right but take more time to do research, and is worse on quick thinking.
