You have to watch to the end of the video to understand it. Many of NFs videos have nuggets at the end, so you can't stop it as soon as he stops rapping. Spoiler: The old man is NF (Nate/Nathan), so the video is him reflecting on his younger self (drowning, burning, etc.).

@Born To Reign Gaming I guess you guys forgot that he lost his mom because she died from overdosing on drugs which he talked about in his song How Could You Leave Us. And since that happened along with experiencing and being exposed to them at a young age, given that drugs were apparently more important to her than her son’s life and well being, I’m quite certain he absolutely hates and despises drugs because of the pain they brought him by taking away the one person who should’ve been in his life but wasn’t. Therefore, based on all that the answer to the question of does he do drugs himself would obviously be no and frankly can you really blame him for not wanting to have anything to do with them…?
