Ted Turner isn't even ostentatious enough to consider such an overstatement of a house? I hate it because the average citizen of Montana would never even imagine such a project for himself. But I love it too because of the incredible craftsmanship and skill that went into this. Priced to sell at $100 million....or more?

just a lot of open space, a big square box, souless, does not feel like a home. hated it. next time hire an architect.

While I am a big fan and proponent of stone and 'natural' wood for home interiors there is a point (for me) when it becomes both tedious and overkill, almost gaudy, like a record that will not stop repeating. We have homes like this in the mountains of NC and the philospohy seems to be more/more/more. The issue there is it takes away from the unique properties and beauty of the interior because there is nothing to offset it or highlight it because it is literally everywhere you look. Beyond that this home obviously has alot of craftsmanship and love put into it and at least that part I can respect, but, again, it's way too much of a good thing.

Im in home construction in the midsouth area. Everything has gone white cabinets, white walls with black or gray accents. Boring as it gets. Rotiron rails. No wood rails. Ugly as it gets. Big houses. I now hate my job. Used to build ( out of wood ) big front doors, wood rails, curve stairs, and arch openings. Now its square white and not even wood. Plastic to cardboard MDF. Europe outlawed MDF because it's a health risk. Used to be earth colors, real stone not crap that fake, real wood and something that has some real challenge to build. Now it cold rails, boring colors and no challenges. Mostly boring, sad and cold. California inspired ugly.

I’m sorry to be negative but this house is pretty bad. Video is even worse. I feel like it’s put together by old people and the real estate lady who is asking the obviously scripted questions is probably somebody’s daughter or wife associated with the production or builder. Come on people. Do better. As far as the homeowners, I respect you for doing what you love. Even if I don’t like the way the house looks, it’s your home and my opinion shouldn’t matter.

Amazing property

Amazing house!! Truly stunning. But a terrible video. Not a tour, disjointed with no continuity. Gave no impression of the building as a whole or how it integrates into its surroundings. Just frustrating.
