It depends on the amount of grunt battles you do. Normally I'd recommend to power up only 3*+ to minimize the risk of getting OHKOed by the raid boss (because these are the only situations where shadows perform bad due to time loss for relobbies & switch outs). If you dont do a lot of grunt battles 2* are fine.

We both had Primals in our team, giving each other 10% damage boost throughout the whole battle. Our Primals were dead to save a few extra seconds :)

Primals boost every type by 10%, but P.Groudon boosts the 3 sunny types by 30% and P.Kyogre boosts the 3 rainy types by 30%. So, what appears on screen to be a full 30% mega boost is a 10% boost for my ice attacks.

It's actually one of the easiest tier 5 solos. You can check out the others on my channel, if you want to know them.

For me Landorus Therian was the most fun.

For most raids, the charge move has the biggest impact. However, in the case of Yveltal the fast move does matter a lot because Sucker Punch is such a bad move for a raid boss. So go for that. Gust is an alternative if you are using Electric types only. Snarl is always the hardest move. As for the Charge Move, we can make the same split: Go for Psychic in general and in the case of using an Electric team go for Hurricane. So for most team compositions (like the one we used) the easiest moveset would be Sucker Punch + Psychic. We just went along with what we got, which is Hurricane. Fast Move is either Sucker Punch or Snarl, not Gust. Happy raiding! :)

Most of my mons are Level 50 or at least on their way towards it :D . As for trainer level, I cap myself at Level 41 because the lower your level the weaker the Team-Go-Rocket Grunts are, thus I can farm Shadow Pokemon faster, which is the main thing I do in this game. I wish I didn't accidentally level up from 40. However, the difference is relatively small.

@@BigBoySnap Really ? I knew that Rockets paired up with your Trainer Level. But i thought that it was in 10-level Intervals. Do you have more info on this or any source ? I would love to know more about this.

@@santiagolv2838 as Willie333b said, Pokebattler did a great research on this. There is a multiplier called rCPM applied to the grunt pokemon's stats. rCPM scales with *each* trainer-level. Not sure if UA-cam accepts posting links in the comment section, so just search for "pokebattler rocket cp formula". There's a table assigning all levels to their respective rCPM. (Values are gathered statistically, so might differ slightly in reality)
