I hardly touch tank on a good day but this season has bombed for tank players and I hope with next season they fix that along with Hog's rework. Knock on wood that the new tank hero in season 8 will dominate Orisa. I hope you enjoyed this video! Took awhile to edit and go through all the twitch clips (which you should follow!) I plan on going live tomorrow around 4pm my time for the anniversary...

The game feels like it's in a good spot right now. I actually felt like I was playing "older" Fortnite again which felt amazing. I know they have a job to do but I genuinely hate that they make a new map every year because the content gets shittier each time. Yup I know! I thought they meant how the first Archives event was "Null Sector" and they had lore skins like blackwatch genji cass etc.

I 100% agree, although I feel that when Microsoft sees that they not only of COD League and OWL league they'll try and either revive it or make something work.

this video randomly got reccommended to me, coincidently I too "hate" myself for some things i did recently. I hurt someone with my moody behavour and things i said and everyday now regret everything and wish i could reverse time to tell my past self to better myself before i lose that someone. Our problems might not be exactly the same but you're not alone man, we're all sometimes shitty people, all we can do is to better ourselves and move forward

4:55 hey man, how did you seek help? I ask because you've described a similar scenario to mine. I feel alright at school, I go home, then I rot and waste away. I hated myself. However, I was able to help friends get out of their mental rut. I see myself in this video, with how you told the viewers to take care of themselves. And you're right when you said anyone to talk to is invaluable. I broke down crying in front of one of my friends unprompeted, but I was fortunate enough to have them be kind, caring, understanding, and most of all, just able to listen. That day marked a turning point in my life. I didn't have to hold onto all of my pain anymore while having to help other people with their pain simultaneously. I recommend you take your own advice, and I think therapy would be an amazing start if you can't identify any friends or family (or whoever youre in a relationship with) you'd want to break down in front of. As for weight loss, know that there is only one absolute rule to lose weight. You MUST eat less calories than you burn in order to lose weight. That is it, everything else, like cardio, weightlifting, fad diets, ect, are just tools to get the job done and are not mandatory. I recently started tracking my calories with my fitness pal, and it is very easy and manageable (not sponsored lol). You don't need to weigh your food everyday, you just need to know the approximate amount of what you're eating and then you can log that. As for how you know if you're making progress or not, don't focus on daily weight, that is not an effective method, for tracking progress or for getting motivation. A weekly average however, is much better and will tell a better picture of your progress. (Not mandatory but I would recommend taking weekly pictures as well, progress may not be visible week to week but I have been dieting for about a month and a half. The difference between the first picture and the second picture is VERY motivating for me). Keep in mind that losing weight is very different than losing fat while keeping muscle, and I would reccomend you reaserch that specifically if that is your goal. In a very small nutshell, eat about 1 g of protein for each lbs of body weight and that should be good to maintain/gain muscle while you're in a calorie deficit. As for overwatch specifically, I was also in the same spot. I've never raged at videogames before, but holy shit something about junkrat oneshotting me so many times in a row made me slam my desk so hard I cut my self on the desk. I kind of had a moment of clarity there, and I asked myself "why am I playing overwatch right now?". The answer I came up with wasn't anything good, I surmised that I was just killing time for no reason. I wasn't having fun, why should I keep playing? I still play overwatch, but now I mostly play ranked with my brother where we are both critical of eachother, and we really try to improve at the game without losing sight of why we play it; to have fun. Another comment mentioned it, but recognizing that you raging at overwatch, you recognizing you are overweight, you recognizing you are wasting away for hours watching tik tok and playing overwatch, is one of the most important steps. Denial is a scarily powerful force, and you see it in addicts. You know this is bad, and you know what you need to do to fix it. You just need to build the habits to get there. It won't be easy, but when has anything good to achieve ever been easy? I'm proud of you for uploading this video and recognizing where you are going wrong. I'm also very thankful you uploaded this video, as you've kinda held up a mirror to the problems I've been going through recently. I'm going to list a few habits I've been doing recently that I believe has helped me start climbing out of this hole you seem to have yourself stuck in. Think of it as a TLDR to my entire comment I guess. I'll be thinking about this video for a while, so I'll probably add more to this comment every now and then. MENTAL: Gratitude Journaling: every night before bed, I write down 5 things I'm grateful for and why I'm grateful for them. Sometimes it's a specific person, sometimes it's having internet access and a roof. This habit of mine has evolved to me tracking my weight daily (so I can get my weekly average), rating my day on a scale of 1-10, my calories eaten per day compared to my goal calories per day, and recording the time I go to bed and when I wake up, which leads nicely into my next habit. Good Sleep: this is my hardest habit to build and I'm still trying to fix it. I've started to cut out electronics AT LEAST 30 minutes before bed time. Instead I brush my teeth, do an ab workout (studies have shown working out before bed is not conducive to good sleep, however this is better than what I would do before, I will slowly start to move this back earlier into the day), and read. Good sleep is the foundation for every other good habit, it is a necessity, and you NEED to have the willpower and discipline to turn off your devices and just sleep. Talking openly: posting this youtube video is great and opens up a different form of discussion, but it is not the same as talking to someone face to face. Take it from me, I confided some dark shit to some friends over discord, but until I really told someone irl, face to face, about it, it didn't go away. PHYSICAL: Lift weights: scientifically speaking, it literally increases your dopamine and serotonin levels, which are the happiness hormones. Hopefully you will take a liking to it and develop a positive feedback loop. As for me, I LOVE JRPGS. Min maxing and seeing number go up tickle my brain. I have seen that transfer over to weightlifting. I love grinding out hours in the gym week by week to add just a few more pounds to my bench press. I don't know if you're a college student or high school student, but if you are living on a university campus, please take advantage of your campus gym if you have one. Of you don't have access to a gym, you may want to reaserch calisthenics. Granted I do not know as much about calisthenics as I know about weightlifting so I unfortunately can't give much advice on that. Track your numbers: weight lifted, body weight, number of sets, number of reps, calories eaten, protein eaten, ect. I use the "simple workout log" app on android to track my workouts, and i use the "my fitness pal" app to track nutrition. If in a few weeks you don't see progress in your body weight or gym weight, it might be time to reaserch what you're doing so you make sure you're doing everything right. That's all I have for now. Also, I learned like 90% of this from youtube. So the tools are out there to improve your mindset and physique, you just need to start, and I know you can. Some people that I've watched that I feel improved my mental are Hamza and Jorden Peterson. DISCLAIMER take their beliefs with a grain of salt, the root of their message is good, but be sure to critically evaluate what they tell you and you'll be fine. As for nutritional/ weightlifting advice, some channels I recommend are Jeff Nippard, Greg Doucette, Noel Denzel, Gravity Transformation, and Mario Tomic. The channels are a plethora of resources but don't forget only YOU can do the work that will make you see results. I'm wishing you the best and I know things will get better for you. You have set yourself up for an upwards spiral with this video. Good luck. Edit: I kinda realise that I just wrote a guide for myself. Sorry if I projected my problems onto here and I didn't give you advice applicable to you, but I thank your for uploading this video cause you've basically made me write down everything I should keep doing.
Creation always stems from chaos. This is a pattern that you can find in every single thing in this world. For some reason, humanity's been cursed/blessed to reach their lowest point, just to break through and reach 12 even lower fucking points, before ascension is possible. You can perceive this like a slingshot. The further you pull, the farther your projectile goes. The deeper you fall in misery, the higher heights you'll eventually be able to reach. I don't know if you have any type of higher beliefs, but I can assure you that you have a greater purpose in life than what seems to be at this moment. Time will tell the purpose of your pain, but that doesn't mean that you can sit still. The fact that you can look yourself in the eyes and be honest about wanting and needing better for yourself, means you have the capacities to grow. The seed has been planted, now it's your turn to feed it whatever it needs. Start by rebuilding your base platform, the physical. Being depressed and getting active are two completely contradicting things. Contradicting yourself is what you're gonna have to do a whole lot more from now on. Nobody's expecting you to completely flip your life around and become a nonstop gym rat, but moving your body, preferably outside, on a daily basis is a must. Go on hikes or walks in nature and make sure you take in the world around you. Allow yourself to feel the negativity inside of you, while at the same time making space for appreciating the beauty of our world. The first time I started doing this it'd literally feel like there were two people inside of my head. "Fuck everything, i hate life, i hate myself, nothing is worth it." right next to: "Oh wow, what a beautiful tree. I love hearing the birds sing their songs." I'd find myself laughing at how absurd my inner dialogue could get. It will probably feel fake or forced to try manually expressing gratitude at a time when you'd much rather throw your head against a wall, but keep in mind that the positive thoughts that you fabricate by yourself weigh more than the seemingly infinite amount of sadness that you carry within you. It's almost like writing in a book that's been completed for 50%. The first writer, the unconscious self sabotaging you, was writing a story that would only end up in deep misery for the protagonist. The consciously improvement seeking you knows that's not the ending you'd want for the main character, so you start writing the redemption arc. You use all the mishappenings from the first half of the book to understand why the protagonist is who he is and what's needed to get him back on track. Visualize who you want him to be, where you want him to be and start writing. Word by word (thought by thought) the story slowly reaches a point of peace and salvation. The mind is a mysterious, dangerously destructive, yet beautiful thing. Learn to use your mind instead of having it use you and wellness will follow you wherever you go. On another note... Overwatch is an amazing game. However, you and I both know how toxic and mind numbing it can be. Games these days are programmed to have you hooked on it and spend as much time as possible on it. Looking at the structure of Overwatch, especially since 2.0, I can say for sure that next to league of legends it's the most addictive game out there. If Overwatch is your main source of fun right now, try to regulate it and using regained time for mindfulness and health. I wish you the best of luck on your journey. hey man, the journy is a long one, ive been in therapy for a couple of years now and something that helped me was journaling my thoughts down, try not to worry too much about the 2 pound increase. the fact that you recognize that these patterns within your life are unhealthy is already a step in the right direction, try to reinforce good habits with positive messages, your brain loves a structured routine so the more you say positive things the more you will start to believe it, also fuck if ppl and if you say that you suck at games, i was like that for so long but instead just focus on doing things that are fun rather then stressful, dont be too hard on yourself, youve nothing to prove to anyone but yourself and life isnt a race, you can become the better you, it just takes time, you got this.
