Seemingly, our judiciary system, including the South African Police Service consider themselves above the law. Hence,we know experience the existence of two dockets in one courtroom before a judge who has become a loose cannon and openly despice and target defence advocates. I hereby earnestly and humbly request you to explicitly explain the decorum of court and does it only applies to the defence of lawyers. Moreover what exactly is the role of the Judge President in this circumstances where the shortcomings of the judiciary and the impartiality of the judge is openly exposed and the judiciary name is in disrepute.

The purpose of the retired judge, Gininda, baloyi is find them guilty if not why is the judge not fair

Good day Adv. Docket 636 or the truth surrounding Senzo’s killing was manipulated immediately after his death. Not by Gininda, and not by the judiciary. Let’s do a simple analysis with a view of elimination. From day 1, the police investigation has not been up-to standard. I think there were 2 or 3 investigative teams assigned to this case before Gininda and they came up with nothing except Zamokuhle Mbatha who was quickly released cos he isn’t guilty. Curiously, one of these teams requested Chico’s firearm be sent for ballistic testing. Chico was not at the crime scene at all. So far, no reason has been given why Chico’s gun had to be tested. Judge Maumela presided over the first trial. His relationship with the defence was rather frosty and we saw several nasty verbal exchanges between the two parties leading to the arrest of defence counsel Adv Teffo. Maumela was replaced by judge Ratha. However, this new judge has also shown an unbelievable negativity or condescending to the new defence advocates. One party to this trial has stayed the same, the prosecuting team, led by George Baloyi. My firm belief is that the driving force behind manipulating/cooking this case is not Gininda or Ratha, but the prosecution led by Baloyi.

How long does it take him to appeal?

Our judiciary system is captured, the judiciary is compromised to safe other certain individuals , lot is happening like the phala phala matter,for how long are going to wait to hear from constitutional court about the matter?

Why is the Judge president not reprimanding judge Ratha on his conduct in that court room,Ratha even has the guts to say the JP is here in court as if it’s his back up for his disgusting & absolute abuse of power,Gininda is a small fish the only problem in that court is the Judge,treating the defense advocates like it’s his law students. Advocate, ratha wouldn't attend advocate Mngomezulu's funeral. 1stly, he hated Mngo it was evident. The rate at which he disturbed him when he was cross examining actually he does to the defense at large. However, with Mngo, it was worse. Another thing he knows that the nation that seeks justice for Senzo is not happy with the way he conducts himself in his tarven court. Its common knowledge that he once said "Blak lawyers " and was forced to apologize to the BLA, of which, in my opinion, it wasn't genuine. ratha comes out as heartless I watch court cases. However, I have never seen a judge behaving like him. Is there something the Mngomezulu's family can do regarding ratha and his sources that saw Mngo in the presence while he was fighting for his life

😂😂😂 Good Day Advocate, I heartedly agree with you, in Advocate Mgo, we lost a Legal Bulldog, but as much as even me I was agreeing with an idea of a total new lawyer, but I did on my own said, but continuity will do this case a hand of good, because I knew, an old or new lawyer a postponement would have existed. Is it me or does it seem like the Judge already has a ruling? eg When Mnisi questions about the accused having a Gold insertion, the judge then leads Gininda saying people put fake insertions additionally if its been years a Dr cannot confirm if a person has had an insertion or not...then Gininda starts running with sayin there was no medical proof on the statements so it could have been a fake insertion🙄

Teffo knows too much. He exposed a lot in that court and they took his license and sent him to jail. I believe it’s no coincidence that the late Mngomenzulu followed the same argument as Teffo in court. And as soon as he passed away, Teffo was released from prison. The truth is right in our faces. Whether you agree with Teffo’s tactics or stubbornness to expose the truth.. that man did his best in the Senzo Meyiwa case. I applaud him and I’m proud of him. Sadly he might suffer the same fate as the advocate.
